Getting ELCAS Funding for Locksmith Training Courses

The MOD's ELCAS tuition funding promotes lifelong learning for Armed Forces personnel, providing financial support in the form of a single up-front payment in each academic year, for a maximum of three separate financial years.

ELC funding is available for pursuit of higher-level learning on courses which result in a nationally recognised qualification at level 3 or above on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) for England, Northern Ireland and Wales
