First, you must already be registered to become a Scheme Member and have accrued a sufficient amount of service before you can submit a claim.

If you are still serving, speak to your local Education Staff as they will be able to check your entitlement for you. However, if you have left the forces, please contact ELCAS as they can make the appropriate checks.

Please remember, you must be able to provide a completed Course Evaluation document to enable your claim to be processed. Without this, your claim will not be processed, and funding will be unavailable as a result.
